As a consumer, you have the right to return goods purchased from EvaGlo within a certain period, subject to certain conditions and exceptions as outlined in this policy.
In accordance with section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 (“the CPA”), if you have received a product from us and discovered that the container (laminate tube) is defective or leaking, please reach out to us at info@evaglo.co within ten (10) working days of delivery. After assessing the issue we will promptly arrange for the collection of the product at our cost and offer you the option of a refund, replacement, or store credit.
For any other returns, our returns and refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase (order date), we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The product is in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- The product has not been used, altered, or damaged in any way.
- You have proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@evaglo.co to initiate a return process. Please provide your order details and the reason for the return.
- Our team will assess your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return address and any applicable return shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If your return is accepted, pack the product securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, tags, and labels.
- Ship the product back to us within the specified return period.

Refunds
Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return conditions outlined above. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refund Terms
- Refunds will be issued in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008.
- The refund amount may be subject to deductions for any depreciation in the value of the product resulting from handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or non-compliance with the product description.
Late or missing refunds

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@evaglo.co.
